High Capacity / Efficient Rotary Grain Cleaner For Rice / Corn Separator

TCQY series double drum cleaner can be widely used for pre-cleaning of bigger and smaller impurities for raw grain, such as wheat, paddy, corn etc..

Its basic principle is due to the different sizes of grain and impurity, to remove the impurities from the raw grain by rotating screen cylinder. The inner sieve and outer sieve of the dual screen cylinder have different bore diameters, with the inner sieve hole is larger than the net grain and the outer one is smaller. In the process of cleaning, raw material is sent into the inner cylinder from the inlet, the large impurities are removed by rotating screen cylinder, then discharged from the outlet, while the pre-processed material passes through the inner sieve hole being sent into the outer cylinder. In the rotating process the smaller impurities are swung out via the sieve hole, then flowing into the bucket and being discharged from the little outlet, at last the treated clean grain is discharged from the discharging vent.

The machine has characteristics of simple driving mechanism, stable running, low noise, low power consumption, and easy maintenance.
